ADMISSION ASSISTANCE & CAREER COUNSELLING CHARGES

=> Admission assistance charges for Universities /Institutions/ Colleges is 20% of Current Session Fees deposited by every student.

Guidelines for Students

1. Weightage, whereever applicable, would be given after verification of the documents by colleges and admission shall be provided to the students with maximum weightage through iADMISSION.

2. List of documents to be submitted by the student in soft copy: Passport size photograph, signature, Class-10 marksheet & Certificate, Class-12 marksheet, if applicable; Graduation marksheet, if applicable; Migration certificate, character certificate, Category certificate, if applicable; Income certificate, if applicable; Gap year undertaking/Affidavit, if applicable etc.

3. Name of the student will appear in admission list of college after verification of documents as per eligibility/merit.

4. General category students can now opt the benefit of EWS reservation within State and All India quota as per Government norms applicable in college. However, they need to submit required certificate for the same.

5. After confirmation of admission, he/she will have to make payment of admission charges/fee as per admission schedule.

6. The student will be initially given provisional admissiononly, subject to verification of their documents by the college/affiliating University. In case of any discrepancy, the college is authorised to cancel the provisional admission of the student or change his/her stream/subjects to availibility of seats. Even the college/University can cancel his/her any such admission wherever the information provided by the student is found false/fictitious at any stage and the student concerned will be held solely responsible for it.

7. If any document of the student is rejected due to some reasons during the admission process, a SMS/email will be sent to the student and student will be required to make necessary corrections on ADMISSION sy within prescribed timeframe.

8. If any despute related to admission during/after process, arises between the student and college, the student concerned will be held solely responsible for it.

Guidelines for Colleges

1. Every college shall update and fix courses and course seats, college profile & Prospectus, Fee structure of current session etc before the start of admission.

2. College shall ensure that online verifications shall be conducted for admissions before the start of First semester of professional courses.

3. Admission list will be generated followed by admission process.

4. Fee structure shall be as per affiliating University/State Government norms.

5. The State Reservation Policy shall be followed in letter and spirit.

6. The colleges shall ensure that seats be filled accordingly to the norms only.

7. Refund, if any to the students shall be ensured by the college as per affiliating Univeristy/State Government norms.

8. The student will be initially given provisional admission only, subject to verification of documents by the colleges/affiliated University. In case of any discrepancy , his/her stream/subjects subjected to availibility of seats and his/her willingness.

9. Implementation of COVID guidelines/protocol issued by the State Government shall be ensured by the college.
